I am qualified in pre and post natal exercises and nutrition. It is very important to adapt how we exercise through each trimester to keep mother and baby safe.
Our nutritional intake is also of the utmost importance during pregnancy to maintain optimum health. This service can be offered on a 1-2-1 basis.
Being a mum myself I understand what it feels like to train through a pregnancy and how you need to adapt as you go along.
I also understand the need to have a safe and structured return to full training after the birth.
