Functional Fitness
In essence, functional fitness is a good blend of exercises to support day to day living, depending on what your physical needs are.
I view it as an opportunity to use all of the techniques I find are beneficial for strength and fitness, in one session. So, a typical session would incorporate dumb bells, barbells, stepper, bodyweight exercises, suspension equipment, kettlebells, ropes, swiss balls, bosu, weighted clubs and much more. Don’t worry if you are a beginner though, I will give you guidance throughout the sessions on your technique, and we will take things one step at a time. Even with the regulars, I am always double checking good form for safety and to make sure you get your optimum workout. Substitution exercises are constantly being given, because we all come with our own physical requirements, and let's face it, not one shoe fits all.
For an effective and comprehensive workout, this gives you exactly what you need, and it’s never boring with such a varied amount of equipment to use.
