Boot Camps
Boot camps are a great place for a group workout where everyone is so supportive. We have fun, work hard, support each other, vent, laugh and sometimes cry if we need to get something off our chest. The workout environment is about so much more than JUST the physical workout, the companionship and banter is so important too. The physical and emotional goes hand in hand.
Boot camps run on a Monday morning at 9.30am – 10.30am
Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Saturday morning at 7.45am
All boot camps sessions are £7 PAYG or membership options are available also.
